new one for free? I dropped my phone and the screen cracked, i cannot use it whatsoever. This is the first time i have dropped it, there is no water damage or any other kind of damage with the phone. If i go to the verizon store will they give me a new one for free!? HELP PLEASE
 
if you decided to get insurance on it (you have to make your decision within 30 days of buying it) then you can get a new one for MUCH less than the retail price which is usually like $500-600 dollars for most smart phones
