I'm starting cheerleading soon and I'm starting tumbling classes soon and I can't even do a simple BRIDGE. I'm on the ground and I can't even push my arms up!!! And when I do my heads hitting the ground..I'm only learning the bridge cuz it'll help me with a backbend and a backhandspring. I tried all the tips for doin a backbend with the wall thing and it doesn't work out. I always fall backwards...I need some serious tips and helpful suggestions. What should I do to get better? And what am I doing wrong?
