Help! I'm a young mom that needs help organizing my time!!!?

I'm a young mother with two kids and a husband. I love my family very much and appreciate everything my husband does for me. I have two girls that are 1 and 2 and I have no clue how to organize my time. I'm a stay-at-home mom and a full-time student in college.
The problem is i'm so exhausted all the time. My husband works 2nd shift so i'm with the kids all day and night. My mom wasn't good at balancing this lifestyle. The house was always a mess, food either wasn't cooked or wasn't cooked good because, she was always tired and work was never done.
She never really had time to take care of her appearance so, my dad was always looking elsewhere. I'm falling in her same footsteps but, it's not me! I'm not ok with not looking my best and i'm not ok with my house being dirty. It just seems there is so much clutter that my house is always a mess and i can't stay on top of the work.
I want to look nice for my man but, i'm always tired and my kids always need me. Since my youngest daughter barely knows how to walk i'm always stuck in the house. I would like to work out but, of course there's no time and it's too much of a hassle to take them out the house.
I want my husband to look at me like he always did. He works with mostly women who are very into their appearance. This makes me uncomfortable since, I always look a mess but, it's not that i'm lazy, it's just that there's always too much to do and not enough time for me. I try my best to have dinner finished when he comes home but, sometimes that's even a hassle.
Any suggestions from anyone who's been in my shoes? I've never had anyone to teach me the correct way to do things or how to organize my time and my house........please help!!! Thanks!!!!

All you need is a routine..
When the kids are sleeping is the best time do stuff. Start your main meal early in the day and finish when its time to eat. Try to prepare meals that are quick and easy.
As for exercise I used to use the kids playtime to get back into shape.
I would lay on the floor and put my legs at a right angle with oe of the kids on them and made a game out of it with them while I was toning up my stomach.
Organise one room at a time and do your housework while the kids are sleeping either through the day or at night. I used to do all my house work at night and try to prepare the next days meals in advance.
It's really easy if you have a routine and don't let things overwhelm you..

good luck

Use a diary to keep track of dates and write whats on the agenda for each day.
What i do is set a timetable of the day.
eg. 8.00am- eat breakfast
8.30- off to school.
it will help, if you follow it properly.
