Help!!! I'm getting really bad menstrual cramps!?

I just got my period and now I have these really painful cramps! I took some midol a few hours ago but it's not working! How can I get rid of these??!!!! XC

Heating pad, a stronger pain medication like Lortab (Hydrocodone).

Use a heating pad and take some extra strength tylenol or advil. Or you ca take ibrophen. When my cramps get really bad, I use this medicine called Pamprin. It is just for periods! It Helps a lot.
