HELP Internet explorer 8 crashes stuck in big circle!!?

HELP ME i downloaded internet explorer 8 onto my windows xp laptop but it crashes alot and i want to redownload 7 but everytime i try it crashes when i press the download button HOW DO I GET OUT OF THE CIRCLE!?
ps i tried downloading other types of internet but it does the same thing, and i cant just delete this one cause i dont have another one
i cant download mothzilla safari or any of those cause internet exploror crashes when i press the download button!
 
1st go to system restore and restore your XP to a previous state.....
Then try to download Firefox, Opera or Chrome....
My system hangs while using Internet Explorer 8....so I use Mozilla...
 
goto control pannel then add/remove programm from there UNISTALL INTERNET EXPLORER then just restart ur system normally.

your old internet explorer 6.0 / 7.0 will be back
and remember dont try to upgrade ur explorer because I.E. 8.0 is not so good i guess it crashed in my system also when i try to download.
so just follow this step.
