Help Jailbreaking iPod Touch 3g with iOS 4 mc model?

ok I already jailbroke my ipod touch when i was on firmware 3.1.3 using program "spirit" but then I updated it in iTunes to iOS4. so when I accessed my iPod the following programs were deleted "cydia,rock,installous etc. Also my theme I had before I updated was gone. So basically I want to jailbreak my ipod touch again by downgrading to 3.1.3 and jailbreak it with spirit or just find a way to jailbreak it without having to downgrade to 3.1.3. And I don't know how to downgrade and can't find a way to jailbreak it without downgrading ( I am currently :iPod Touch 3 gen. with iOS4 firmware MC Model) Someone Please Help

If you didn't save your SHSH blobs before you updated you can't downgrade until the new Spirit by comex and musclenerd comes out. It should be out very soon but you can stay updated on http://www.redmondpie.com/ and http://jailbreakmatrix.com/
