help losing body fat for the summer?

so i want to get a beach body for the summer. I'm 5'3 and weight about 120 but have mostly muscle because i play sports. Im a little thick on my thighs and my butt.. like i have some love handles. Does anyone have tips on the best way to lose inches off your thighs? i dont want to get more muscle, just lose the fat on my things.

i heard running is the best way but are there other ways? is the olyptical just as effective?
and running vs speed walking.. which one will help me more?

That's the good one idea's.... I think that by doing exercise on daily base in the morning and have a walk in the fresh air is much helpful to keep you fit and healthy one.... Proper diet with some kind of the Organic one's are much helpful.....
