Help me, Im crying here! Computer wont recognise mp3 player?

My computer got a virus from downloading illegal music. I took it in geek squad and they deleted files and sorted things out with the computer. I tryed to plug in my Sansa c250 mp3 player and it said to install a driver, I tryed and it never compleats the installation. The mp3 player isnt recognized. I cant add, delete or view files. Help me please!!

Have you contacted Sansa and told them about your troubles, they most likely will be able to help you. Many companies have a help line so try calling. I hope that you have your problem solved soon, don't cry it will be better.

try going to my computer or computer on the desktop or start scroll menu. click on all the drives and see if your mp3 player is one of them
