help me torrent downloading is not working i'm sure firewall is blocking

incoming connection please help me ? in my hostel i'm unable to download movies from torrent. my utorrent client shows no peer
PLEASE NOTE that i can open any torrent web site and i can download torrent without any problem but when i it comes download it i find no peers .... please help me
