help me with incresing my bittorrent client speed so that i download fast?

i am using windows xp,my downloading client is bittorrent with a max(default) speed of 35kb/s,one day i found it increase to 300kb/s,how do i keep it stable at such speed,do i need to change the setting manually?please help

Just so you know the speed a torrent downloads a file is based on the number of seeders and their settings.

If your using the Bit-Torrent called "Bit Torrent" then right click its icon in the tasktray and hover the mouse over download limit and click unlimited speed.

You could also download AbleSpeed but it requires you to also download its partner AbleSearch.

Open the options menu in your Bit-torrent client and select Connection on the menu, in the very top box "Global Upload Rate limiting" Set your Maximum upload speed to 35, this will be permanent til you decide to change it.
