Help me with my car audio troubles?

I have an amp and 2 kicker comp twelves. theyve been working fine for years now in two different cars. until the other day i got bumped pretty hard in traffic and now one of the speakers is messed up. it still produces sound but it doesnt boom or have any body to it like it used to. the amp is still working, all the wires are still connected properly on all ends, etc etc.

as stated before, still makes sound, everything connected, but it just doesnt boom anymore and sounds like crap when you turn up the stereo.

any input as to what my problem might be would be great
 
There could be damage to the cone on the inside. Try taking the sub out and examining it. Maybe some of the wires connected to the sub came loose or even worse the wires connected to the voice coils could be damaged which could cause you to have to buy a new sub.
