Well I've have this phone for about a year know, but i got a new laptop and i installed the motor la phone tools disc that came with it. So it asked me to update it and i said sure, but its way faster and easier, but once i go into my multi media and crop any song, and then when i hit Transfer to phone, it keeps saying. Unsupported Format! (mp3 codec may be inappropriate or missing! Can anyone explain to me what this is, and if its a type of software or attach-on .. where can i download it? Ugh help
