It's illegal, it's considered pornographic and you are both underage.

Delete the pictures and tell her to do the same. Explain that you don't want her to send those pictures, tell her its illegal and that you both could get into some trouble with the law. They are pretty harsh on that these days.

it is illegal even if y'all are under 18 dnt kno wut state u live, if u live in Texas ur considered an adult at 17 either way its considered child pornography and u need to delete and ask her to stop dont get caught up

If either of you is a minor, you are receiving and she is engaging in child porn. Yikes.

If not, it is a private photo between you two. But, I often wonder how private photo transmissions really are.

Have you seen the Victoria Secret fashion show on national TV. They show lots of skin there and ain't no one getting in trouble for that.

EDIT: OH, you are BOTH minors. Whelp, demand that she cut the crap or you can both be arrested and then guess what happens? You have to file on the SEXUAL OFFENDER web site in your area. This is nothing to play around with, you know.

My brother got caught taking a leak in the bushes at the beach. Some young girl saw his back and his stream of urine, not even his penis, and the police were called. He was arrested for indecent exposure and he is on the sexual offenders list. This is serious stuff you are messing with here. STOP IT TODAY.

It is illegal and considered child pornography..I would suggest you delete and let her know to stop sending them..It could bring unwanted trouble from parents and the law!

Yes, because it isn't pornographic. HOWEVER, if she is below the age of consent in your area, it is illegal. Also, if you are under the age of consent and she is not, it's also illegal.
