HELP NOKIA EXPERTS....................... How to update NOKIA N95 8 GB (RM-320)

software???????????????? I purchased Nokia N95 8 GB in Dec 2007. I updated once or twice. Currently it (mobile) has firmware version 20.0.016 from last update. At the moment when I check online the version 31.0.015 available for update. Once I start it downloads using internet then while updating it goes upto 15-20% (message appears Estimated time left 15 minutes) then it never goes through.

What could be the reason and how to sort it out????

Please help me out..
