HELP omg omg i did something REALLY stupid and now i NEED help!!!?

okay so i had the worst friggen day of my life today and my parents were yelling at me cuz they had a bad day so i Cut myself and noe it wont stop bleeding and it hurts like a S~O~B and it never felt like that before... I worried and scared... I would have gotten some WEED instead but my "connection" did have any at the moment so i just Cut myself and ya... i need to talk to someone who i DONT know and let it all out... im 13yrs old BTW
