Help please motorola razr v3 and gophone service?

alright i got a motorloa razr v3 on amazon it is unlockes and came with a tmobile to go sim card i used that for a week to get the free 10 dolers but i switched to a gophone sim card. i registered the phone 2 weeks ago and just got the card thing with money i registerd it online and then i put the sim card in and turned the phone on and it asked for a password i put my pin in and that wasnt it then i put like 50millon numbersfrom the sim card in and now it sayscontact service provider instead of the password i dont no wat to do i try to log in online and it wont let me.( and every time i turn on the phone it has a tmobile screen pop on saying welcome or watever after the hello motto thing)please help fast do i have to go to an actual store or somthing if they fix it will it cost money cause im 16 and im flat broke right now

o and i almost forgot the sim card i have is i guess when they were still cingular not att is that the proplem
 
It all depends on what type of code it was asking. You were vague in that. If it asked for a "subsidy pass code", then the phone was not unlocked. If it asked for a PUK code, only your service provider can give you that code as it is specific code to your sim card. If it were a personal code (which I doubt since it didn't ask for it with a T-Mobile sim) then it's either a code you made or the previous owner.
