ok so im 11 and i havnet gone to my mma in three months and i mean how do i get back into like i mean how do i get my stamina and speed and agilty and strenght back plz tell me some workouts plz and im going tommorw so
If you are going tomorrow then there is nothing you can do in that amount of time that would help - other than staying calm that is. At your age you should be pretty fit anyway (havent had all those years of bad habits and couch potato lifestyle to weigh you down) so you will soon be back in shape for the workouts at your school. Just go and enjoy yourself, and if you cannot do quite as much as usual just remember that next time you dont wanna go to class and use it as motivation.
