My mother bought a 40" LCD HD T.V. by Samsung about 2 weeks ago maybe 3... What happened is that my niece somehow hit the screen with the end of a usb cord or something? and it created a little spot that is now bright white whenever the T.V. is on. I can feel the actual mark if i run my fingers over it. What i'm wondering is, is there anyway i could get Samsung to Repair/Replace the T.V? I bought it from bestbuy if that's any help.
