HELP!!!!This popped up with i click on itunes!?

**iTunes has detected a problem with your audio configuration. Audio/Video playback may not operate properly.** itunes wont play any of my music or video. even if i go on youtube the sound won't work. all my speakers and stuff are connected and ive tried everything!! HELP!!!!
 
um, there's a help button on the iTunes...
Maybe you should stop illegaly downloading stuff
