Help! Very Important Glo-fish Question! Urgent!?

ok we have a little glo-fsh named Lady who lives in a tank with two other glo-fish and an Africa Dwarf frog.

she looked kida thin. like u could see her stomach.
we were clearing the water and putting in new water.

she was lying on the floorbed. she was wiggling a litlle.
we touched her, and she moved. but then we saw she had a HOLE onher rite side.my mom thought it was a parasite.

WHAT IS IT?!?!?!?!
 
That's odd. Do you think that possibly the other fish could have harmed her? Try examining the hole more closely, it could just be a discoloration in her scales. If shes skinny, try to feed her more and pay close attention to how much she eats. hope that helped a littel :)
I hope she is ok!
