i still clearly remember some of my dreams. there were always big waves, like last last night i dreamt i was chilling at home then a tsunami came, a huge wave came from nowhere. then last night i dreamt i was at a small house at the beach then i noticed the water was rising and the waves were getting bigger, i freaked out. i hate having dreams like this, it doesn't scare me tho but on my dreams i was always scared, worried & struggling to survive. some dreams i had contained river, lake, flood, but they all had waves. i tried looking up, googling the possible cause/reason for this and all i red was crap about emotions, struggles and stuff like that. i'm not having any serious problem right now, i'm not depressed or anything i'm neither super happy/sad. i've been having dreams like this for like years now. please help me i'd really appreciate it !
