Help with 1996 GMC 1500?

I had a quad in the back and it wasnt tied down.

it hit the sides of the bed and now its not aligned

i would like to know how to straighten it out myself
 
loosen the bed mounting bolts and then make sure the gap between the bed and the cab are the same then make sure the bed is centerd. you may need a helper to loosen the bolts and move bed . thanks
