so im trying out for this Good travel team in a town over from mine. im competing for the last spot on the team and im competeing against like 4 other kids for the spot. i have good control. good shots. its jus my stamina thats holding me back in practice sumtimes. after i do sprints. it gets hard to breathe for me. my legs dont get tired as much. its jus my breathing that gets really heavy. speed and stamina is a big part of soccer. and although my ball controll and shooting is better than all the kids im competing against for the spot. my stamina is not. ive been doing sprints and long distance ery day i started doin that days ago. the next practice is tuesday. and than thursday again. these practices might be my last chance. my speed is fine. its just my lungs im pretty sure. how can i train for that? ty =)
