Help with LG AX260 cell phone (Alltel)?

Ok, I was messing around with the world clock on my new phone and I accidentally set it somehow to New York time along with my local time. Now when I look at the front screen on my phone it shows my local time and now New York time. How do I get rid of the New York time? I only want my local time. Plus, it also covers up part of my wallpaper picture.
