Help with losing 10 pounds in about 3 weeks? Vegetarian...?

So I need to lose 10 pounds in about 3 weeks. I have a list of things to eat and not to eat, and that I should eat 3 to 4 meals a day.I plan to wake up early and run, ride my bike around and do crunches
but what else can I do? I'm a vegetarian as well, are there any vegetarian products that aren't the best to eat? Will drinking lots of water make me put on water weight or will it help "flush"? Does drinking diet green tea help? And this web site said not to eat boxed cereal, so what can I eat?
I really need to makes this happen, I can't even stand the sight of myself.
Please help me, thanks!
