Its my 18th birthday and i want a smartphone, im just not sure which one to buy. I live in williamsburg va so i dont have 4g. I checked verizons map and they said it would not be coming to this area at the end of 2011 (but theres plenty of 3g here so no worries). So yeah i have no idea what to get. I was amzed by how big the charge and thunderbolt were but they were both super fast (im not sure if verizon was using 3g or had them on wifi) and i also like the droid incredible 2. It was definately thinner but also had the 8mp camera and the same processor. I know the thunderbolt has bad battery so that kind of sucks. I hear the lg revolution will be coming out so do u think that will be any good? I have the env3 and it basically sucks. Lg failed me there. Also is there anything coming out in the next couple of weeks? I wish the iphone 5 or (4s) was coming out but that wont be for a while. Well all advice will be helpful. Thanks guys!

if you're looking for fast internet and whatnot, go with the thunderbolt, or the charge (or whatever that other one you were talking about with the fast internet was)
but if you're going more for looks (like me) you should go with the droid.
you could also get a blackberry, they're not too fat, from what i hear, and they have a descent camera, and speed.
i heard the iphone's pretty good too, my mom has one, but i don't like the texting on it, it's too hard to text because since it's a touch screen, you can't feel the different keys haha.

with the iphone, you can gets a bajillion apps... so if you like games, then you'd probably like it.
witha blackberry (and i'd imagine the same would be for the android) its more for buisness stuff, with limited apps... but you can still get facebook and email and whatnot.

so, it really depends what you want in a phone, if you're more into games and whatnot, go with a phone that has lots of apps for it; if you're going for something more simpler, go with something that just does the basics/.

i'm having the same problem haha, but i've narrowed my choices down to the iphone or a blackberry.

ohh, and about the iphone, i imagine that the iphone 4 and the ipone 3g are pretty similar, if not the same, but i'd look into each phone a bit more, talk to the people at virizon, and make a good decision based on what they tell you, and info you find out about the phone.
