Hey I downloaded a Win7 Torrent and it I want to know how to turn it into a boot

disk? It's a Windows 7 torrent and It wasn't an ISO file so I wanna know how to make it into a usable boot disk for a computer that has crashed and wont start
Charles I've done this before - I just forgot how i did! hahaha fail on my part really
Sorry asthmahound that didnt work either... I wanna know how to get an iso file of windows 7 too
