plus i dont want to spend over £100
im looking for a short above the knee dress,
maybe one shoulder

Try the boutiques around seven dials in covent garden, there one really cute shop in neal's yard I think. Also camden.
Oli and Boohoo are still a little unknown, you could try one from there.

there's pretty much a million boutiques in london, each with different dresses and clothes. just go shopping! it's funnn
