Hi I paid T-Mobile of what I own & they broke our agreement & promises? Who should

I contant? Hi I paid $380 to T-Mobile & they promise me that they will activate my Blackberry in 2 or 4 days. It's been 12 days now & I called the Collection Agentcy for T-Mobile & the operator she told me that I have to wait extra 5 days & they will call me. My thoughs & what I think about it is wrong & BS. I was transfer to the general manager & I was hold for 5 minutes!!! I mean if you your gas bill or cable bill, they have to activate because you paid your debt! Ok what should I do & who should I contant??? Thank you!
I'm sorry I mean (If you paid your gas bill or cable bill, the company they have to activate because you paid your debt).
 
I happen to know a lawyer that is real affordable they will send a letter to tmobile on your behalf. If intrested email me and I will give you details
