The phone you saw is called the Xperia Play phone. The phone is due for a holiday 2011 release and currently has no announced price or carriers that will support it yet. The phone features a psp-go style pad on it because the phone will have access to Sony's recently announced Playstation Suite service which will bring Playstation Network content to android phones.
