The phone you saw is called the Xperia Play phone. The phone is due for a holiday 2011 release and currently has no announced price or carriers that will support it yet. The phone features a psp-go style pad on it because the phone will have access to Sony's recently announced Playstation Suite service which will bring Playstation Network content to android phones. You will be able to download movies, games, trailers, and demos from the Playstation Store onto the phone.
