am looking online and i see it says $13.65 in the Accrued Interest Balance in my car loan is this the interest am paying i notice i saw this Accrued Interest Balance after November 11th 2011 and i got this car loan in November 11 2010 so a year since getting the car loan i've seen it appear online on my online car loan account is this the interest rate or something else?
