hi my name is love and i have the Jabra BT620s Bluetooth stereo headset and when i plug it in it only turns red and when i take it off the charger after30 minutes they wont turn on, but they work fine when there plugged in. I was wondering if you may know why they wont turn on and work wireless when not plugged in. They havent been used in a 1-2 years
