Hollywood Party: Any good celebrity costume ideas?

My friend is having a Hollywood party for her birthday and we're all supposed to dress like celebrities... only problem is, I have no idea who to go as! I'm 13 and I want to dress up like a newer celebrity (I live in Germany, so all the guests are German and won't recognize a lot of old stars like Marilyn Monroe) that has a really distinctive style, so people will know who I am right away. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!!

pretty much everyone in hollywood is a cokehead no matter who you choose put a little pat of something red like lipstick under a nostril so its represented
