This is the third batch of mead that I am making.
Two differences between my other two:
1. The yeast is going crazy today. A LOT of bubbling.
2. The first and second time, I could smell the alcohol within 30 minutes of pitching the yeast. This time, it has been 3 hours and it has no odor whatsoever.
Same brand of yeast, same mead recipe. Can anyone explain?
