Home button not working properly on iPhone 4?

Just recently the home button on my iPhone hasn't been responsive on first click, I ALWAYS have to click it more than once which is rather annoying. And it isn't due to my fault, i haven't dropped it or let it be near water, so, my question is would apple fix it if i took it to their store? It's in the first year of warranty + I have extra insurance that I opted for. Thanks.
