Home Video and picture slide to DVD Movie.....?

I am trying to do a Father's Day project for my husband...I wanted to convert home videos from our kids and pictures and add music and an interview from each kids....and make it into a small movie for him or short film...

What companies can do this for me I live in Dallas Texas...Or can you do one like on You Tube..I would want it to look like a real movie...

What type of company shoud I search for online for----Editing companies or what??? Please HELP I want this to be really special!!

There is Walmart and Walgreens convert videos to DVDs yet adding items to the DVDs that they really dont do....yet Walmart might as they are trying to compete in that area as of late. If you go to an Video Editor thats going to cost you more so using your own computer might be better as software is so easy now days.
