try the army fit routine, it will get you fit, gradually building from moderate to hard exercise and you will be really healthy. type army fit in to a search engine.
 
Hi all, i posted here yesterday about me starting to workout at home.

im 17 and looking to lose alot of weight as im 13 and half stone quite fat i think iv got man boobs to.

so iv been doing this routine since yesterday and i plan to do it for around 3 months but changing a little every week or so just a different -few exercises as i read i shouldn't do the same ones all the time as my body will get to used to them.

so here it is:

Weights - 50 times (2KG) All iv got :(
Bicycle Crunches
Reverse Crunches
Classic Crunches
Twisted Leg Crunches
Oblique Crunches
Press Ups - 10 times (On knees as not enough strength to use full yet)

Up and down my stairs - 5 times, sounds silly but really makes me sweat and i am puffed afterwards i need to take a break.

Run on spot - 5 mins, to embarssed to run in my street but this really makes me sweat also.

Stop posting that crap im looking for serious answrs,

also id like to ask what should i eat?
i came home from school had nothing to eat did a workout then after dinner around half 6 i gave it an hour came up to my room and did another one, i had chicken pasta for dinner high in protein and carbs
