Honda accord 1991 problems. Help!!!?

My Honda accord got flooded in the hurricane. I dried up as much water as I can. I need a new ecu fir the car because the water reached it. I need a new battery and when I started it water shot out the mufler but the water wasn't up to the engin so that wasn't flooded and I checked the oil and it was regular. But there's mold starting to grow in my car. What should I d0?
 
Pour gasoline everywhere, flick a match, and drink a beer. Make that a few beers.
 
clean the heck out of it, have it detailed, if that dont work im sure there is some sort of substance out there that will stop mold. =]
