Honda Civic, Brakes squeak when wet?

I have a 2003 Honda Civic Ex. I've noticed that on rainy days or when it's exceptionally cold, my car makes this strange sound when I'm braking. It's not exactly a squeak.. much lower pitched and drawn out. Is this normal? I still brake normally and without a problem, just with the addition of this rather annoying sound. I've always taken notice of it, and I have it serviced regularly - I just never think to ask when I'm there.
