Horror movie I saw... HELP!?

Awhile back, I remember watching a horror movie in one scene a woman appears to be in a bar on a bed or in her room on a bed with others with her. While they all talk, the woman starts thrashing around as this creature rips open her stomach/chest from the inside out and slithers out the door. At the same time a guy tries to hit it with a pole or metal bar.

Sorry If its confusing. Thats how I remember seeing the movie. I thought the movie was "Jeepers Creepers." But I could be mistaken.

It definitely sounds like Jeeper Creepers, but I cant think of the scene.
It may be the second one as I've only seen the first
