I was traveling on the road by a horse drawn wagon in the state of wi. I used it for travel and has been documented for years.I also had a slow moving sigh on back of wagon.A semi hit the wagon and the horse had to be shot due to injuries.In the past people used to get hung for the same act. there are old laws that have not been removed and still exist. They were treated as a human and were given the wright of way. I don't what someone to get hug. But, if you have any information on these on this laws? Of the wrights of the horse and was legally on the road (equine) ?
