The most effective way to do that is by installing a VPN on your iPad. I have been using a VPN called HidePad ( http://hidepad.annics.com ) for the past couple years and it's been great knowing that you are protected online. There is no chance of identity or data theft as my company uses the same protection. In fact, they recommended it.
