how can i aquire a mobile number through ebuddy?

a guy is threatening me for a month , and the only way he talks to me is on MSN with ebuddy using a mobile phone , so the police can't do anything about it , so i need to know the mobile number he's using ,
i'd realy appreciate it if some one can help me with this matter .
