how can i be annoying and make people laugh?

ok so i am usually shy and i want to open up by being annoying and making people laugh even the teachers at school.how do i do that i love the reaction to the teachers when im annoying. but when im being annoying its making everyone laugh. how do i do that?
if this helps im 12 years old (so not nasty stuff)

Ditto the first poster. Annoying is not funny, it is..annoying. You roll your eyes and wisper to your friend what a douche thay guy is and how you want them to shut up.
Being clever on the other hand, is about being just that, clever. Always having the perfect smart-assed thing to say at the perfect time that will get people rolling in the aisles. You have to be quick ans smart to be clever.
Stupid people can be annoying and we laugh at you and certainly not with you.
