I have spots ive had them since i was in year 8 i am now in year 10 and they get worse over the years my mam say my face has cleared up a lot since year 8 but i think they ain't i have tried all the creams

And at the moment i am using some roll on cream from the Dr called - Tropical Aqueous ive had it since november last year and my mam says it has healed a lot more but i don't think it has, i never get blackheads or whiteheads i some time's get whiteheads but i just wipe them off with a wipe i use a lot of make-up i use this moisturiser tea reconciler and powder and you can still see my spots they are purple some of them are actually in my skin and have been there for a while i don't use foundation because it blocks my pores please give me some tips on how to cure spots and cover them x
