How can I design my custom mouthpiece/mouthguard for boxing and mma? Print? Stickers?

I'm having myself fitted for a mouthpiece to use in mma. I'm gonna get it plain so I'd like to design it myself. Like maybe put a few words on it. How can that be done? Can I put stickers on it or should the words be printed onto the mouthpiece?
