G Guelph New member Feb 13, 2009 #3 Get a chin-up bar. They're not more than 20-30 bucks, and it's a one time purchase. Chin-ups and push-ups work the major muscle groups more effectively than most weight machines. Combine that with crunches and you're good to go.
