How can I extract or switch audio tracks on DVD?

Hey! I have got a DVD John Mayer: Where the light is...and I heard that this DVD has an ability to choose between audio tracks of single instruments (drums, bass etc.) or you can play the whole band without one instrument. How can I do it? There is nothing like this in menu. Or I can use the programme for extracting the audio track?
