Hi my creative zen doesnt seem to be working. One day i was adding music to it and the battery died, after that it could never add music again and wasnt recognised by the computer, i tried reseting it but no matter what i do it still seems to no be regognised by windows media player to add songs.
also when i plug it in all it says its MTP device found then i cant do anything with it ?
What are your ideas on what i can do?
